People Have Asked...

...about my bit of frivolity in the Inauguration ceremony last week for the 9th President of Moody Bible Institute, Dr. Paul Nyquist (below right). Former President, Dr. Michael Easley (left) assisted in the transfer of the presidential medallion. Needless to say, it was a formal and austere occasion (that's THE Dr. Charles Ryrie, seated at right), but I figure I'll always have fun, even if no one else does. So when, as chairman of the board, I produced the ostentatious bling, I slipped on a pair of shades. We were soon back to formality.
